Flexopodz privacy
Plain-English website privacy.
We use website activity to understand real project interest and make the website, builders, workbooks, and proposals easier to use.
What we collect
Website insights can include pages visited, builder activity, button or form interactions, timing, referral or campaign details, device and browser basics, and general network location.
Names, companies, emails, phone numbers, workbook answers, uploaded files, and calculator submissions are connected to a visitor only when someone submits that information through a Flexopodz form, builder, workbook, or proposal.
What this does not do
The privacy banner does not tell Flexopodz the name of an anonymous visitor by itself.
Anonymous visitors stay anonymous in the portal until they submit details or arrive through a source that Flexopodz can connect to a known account.

Flexopodz uses these signals to see which tools are useful, spot high-intent activity, connect submitted work to the right plant, and prepare better follow-up.
